Handwriting Samples
These are provided as examples of different handwriting styles and as an aid in your understanding of how to look at various aspects of handwriting analysis.
These samples have been cleaned and in some cases reduced or enlarged in size for clarity. Although it is not always possible, the analyst should always work from an original whenever available. Missing physical characteristics of a handwriting sample are often times valuable clues in the analysis of a given sample. Still, it is possible to get a good sense of the sample's author by close observation even with these "sanitized" versions of the originals.
